One more test entry before we depart…

We’re thinking about changing flight plans to Italy & letting Bryan fly us instead 😉 …ok, not really! This morning Bryan used his voucher for Flight School at Cuyahoga County Airport through T&G Flight Club. I was slightly nervous to purchase this gift for him because 1) I’m a perpetual worrier and 2) I have a feeling Bryan will be hooked and we’ll soon be making investments in his pilots license. However, what a cool experience for him! Today is a beautiful, sunny day in Cleveland that started off a little windy. The wind has since settled and Bryan was cleared to fly with instructor Gary. The Cleveland Air Show is also going on this weekend, so before take off we kept joking about Bryan needing to keep an eye out for the Blue Angels (or join their formation of course)! Below are some of the photos/video I was able to capture from our own personal air show experience! To be expected, Bryan loved every minute in the air! He flew a Cessna 518 (tiny plane) throughout Richmond Heights up to the lake/throughout Willoughby and back. He couldn’t fly toward downtown CLE due to restricted air space because of the Air Show. I had a blast taking photos of all the different planes and catching some of Bry on the sky when I could spot his plane. I think Bryan will definitely return to the sky at some point in his life! Looking forward to catching more pictures when he does. More pics will be shared on Facebook later.
